Billy joined Condley and Company, L.L.P. in 1963. As a Partner, he specialized in providing individual and corporate tax planning services for the firm’s clients. Billy worked with clients in various industries, including oil and gas, and real estate.
With a career spanning more than 56 years, Billy maintained a strong commitment to his clients’ best interests and financial well-being. He helped several clients acquire existing businesses and gave clients tax advice concerning the spin-off of several subsidiary companies. Billy was known among clients and colleagues as being truly honest and open-minded when completing his day-to-day tasks.
Billy was inspired to go into accounting because he always enjoyed working with numbers. He developed the much needed knowledge and skill of the industry through his college courses. Billy owed much of his personal and professional success to his wife, Barbara, and his parents.
Billy resided in Abilene with his wife. Together they had one daughter and two grandchildren. When he was not in the office, he enjoyed listening to classical music, fishing and gardening.
“Clients are my top priority. I strive to be responsive and proactive each day.”
