Jeff joined Condley & Company in 1995. As Partner in charge of the Assurance Department, he is the lead for multiple industries including financial institutions, healthcare, not-for-profit, governmental, and other for-profit industries. Jeff specifically assists in financial institution engagements, including BSA auditing, IT exams, internal audits, loan review, and other consulting services.
Corby joined Condley & Company in 2000. As a Partner in the Tax Department, he provides tax compliance and planning services for businesses and individuals, with a concentration on banking clients. In addition, Corby prepares and reviews company valuations for estate, gift, tax, and planning purposes.
Before joining Condley & Company, he served as a staff accountant for over five years at Dean, Dorton & Ford in Lexington, Kentucky.
Ryan joined Condley & Company in 2006. In his role as Assurance Partner, he is responsible for providing assurance and consulting services. In addition to his firm leadership role, Ryan works with a diverse group of clients, including financial institutions, employee benefit plans, healthcare, not-for-profits, and for-profit entities. For his banking clients, he provides internal audits, call reports and regulatory reporting assistance, year-end financial statement audits, loan reviews, directors’ examinations, and Bank Secrecy Act reviews. He also performs peer review engagements.
Jeffrey joined Condley & Company in 2008. In his role as an Assurance Manager, he provides comprehensive audit, review and compilation services for a variety of clients, including financial institutions.
Throughout Jeffrey’s time at Condley & Company, he has played an integral role in his clients’ success. His detail-oriented approach and keen eye help him bring perspective to his client projects.
Sharon started working at Condley & Company in 2005. As the Marketing and Business Development Manager, she provides effective marketing and communications strategies for the firm. In addition, Sharon is also involved with the firm’s Recruiting Team and Banking Services Team. She also handles the marketing for both of these groups as well.
Over the years, Sharon has held positions which have been instrumental in preparing her for her current role.
Garrett joined Condley & Company in 2009. In his role as a Tax Manager, he primarily works with banking and oil and gas companies. Garrett is responsible for preparing complex individual, corporate, and partnership tax returns for the firm’s clients.
Self-described as logical and a problem solver, Garrett’s peers say that he is a hard worker. He believes he owes his success to persistence, determination, and good old-fashioned hard work.
Michael joined Condley & Company in 2014. As an Assurance Senior, he works mainly with banks, 401(k) plans, and non-profits.
Inspired to enter the accounting profession by a desire to gain a better understanding of businesses, he credits support from family and friends, coupled with hard work, for his achievements.
Keeley received her BBA in Accounting from Hardin-Simmons University in 2014. She first joined Condley & Company in 2013. Keeley received her CPA designation in February of 2017.
